This program is designed to equip first-time managers as well as experienced managers with essential skills required of them for a successful transition and performance in management roles. This 2-day course will walk the participants through key management concepts, the four management functions, management best practices and critical skills for managerial success. Learning participants will be experiencing mindset shifts, discovering themselves and developing their personal philosophies of management.

This course will benefit first-time managers, experienced managers, supervisors, team leaders and individual contributors who will assume management roles in the near future.

• Define management, explore management roles and challenges and explain the four management functions;
• Manage and lead high-performing individuals and teams through managing effective performance, encouraging career growth and building healthy relationship with direct reports;
