This 2-day course will walk the participants through key management concepts, the four management functions, management best practices and critical skills for managerial success. Learning participants will be experiencing mindset shifts, discovering themselves and developing their personal philosophies of management.
This program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will help them conduct coaching conversations with their team members so that they can boost confidence and clarity, enhance learning and performance, and improve relationship and communication.
