This training program is designed to empower new trainers to succeed in their promising and rewarding training careers. This two-day program will equip the participants with knowledge, skills and abilities to define training needs and outcomes, design effective training programs, deliver training programs with confidence and evaluate the impact of training programs. Importantly, the participants will be given the opportunities to do training practices to enhance the learning competencies as a trainer.

This course will benefit new trainers, first-time trainers, training managers, training supervisors, training professionals, instructors, teachers, subject matter experts and those who wishes to pursue careers in training and development.
